We are over the moon to have won Sew Mags Best Customer Service award! Our team have worked incredibly hard during the last 12 - 18 months and this is testament to their dedication to providing the best customer service we possibly can. Some of the things we have done throughout lockdown include: Implementing a telephone ordering service for those who may not want to order online, building a large online community of 4,000 Crafters on our Facebook Group (Knit it, Stitch It, Share It) and creating an online community hub filled with tutorials and courses for those who may need extra support and inspiration (knitandstitch.club).
