This whimsical bunny block can be stitched into a lovely set of cushions. Perfect for spring, they will brighten up any room you put them in, especially when made up in pretty florals like these Dashwood Studio Suffolk Garden prints we’ve used. Hop to it and stitch up a whole bunch in time for Easter!
Sew a Block
Cut two 11.5cm squares from two different prints. Draw a diagonal line on the back of the paler shade and pair up with the darker, right sides together. Sew either side with a 5mm seam allowance and cut along the line. Open out and press to make four half square triangles (HSTs). Repeat.
Cut one 11cm square from the paler print and five 11cm squares of darker material. Arrange the squares and HSTs to create the bunny face, following the picture as a guide. Sew the squares right side together in strips of
