Making paper chains is a fond childhood memory for many of us. Why not get the kids involved in the fun and make a fabric version by designer Chloe Hailwood instead? It’s only three steps and can be made using scraps you have lying around your sewing room.
1 Cut out six pieces of contrasting fabric, 27cm x 44cm. Press interfacing to the reverse of the fabrics. Mark and cut out six strips of fabric, 9cm x 22cm. Fold one piece in half lengthways, right sides facing. Using a 5mm seam allowance, stitch the 22cm edges together.
