1 Download the templates, print and cut out. Clip two pieces of lining, two of wadding and one of outer fabric. Following the horizontal line on the template, cut another outer in two sections, adding a 5mm seam allowance to the dividing line on both pieces.
2 Cut a 7cm X 50cm strip of contrasting fabric and fold in half lengthways, right sides out, then press along the fold. Pleat the strip, pinning the raw edges of each pleat to the right side of the top of the low
