    Make a plaited headband

    1. Cut 12cm x 80cm pieces from three different patterned jersey fabrics. Lay them one on top of the other and pin them together at one end. Attach this end to something stable and plait the three pieces evenly.

    2. Braid until you reach the end of the fabric strips, adjusting them if necessary as you go to ensure no wrong sides show. Pin the three ends together. Check the fit, then take b
