Fabric, cotton: striped, 1m; printed, scraps
Towel, cotton loop

Make a bag dispenser

From striped fabric, cut a 22cm x 32cm rectangle for the middle panel. For the top and bottom ones, cut two 12cm x 32cm rectangles from printed cotton. From another print, cut a 8cm x 29cm strip for the hanging loop.
To make the loop, fold the fabric lengthways, right sides together, and stitch down the long edge using a 1cm seam allowance. Turn out and press, then put to one side.
Take the fabric panels and sew the top and bottom ones to the middle section, right sides together. Stitch coordinating ric ra
