About this pattern

These lovely shoes are so simple and easy to make that you don’t even need a machine. Made using scrap denim from an old pair of jeans, they are an ideal project for a thrifty stitcher! Joanna Printall’s pretty slippers are designed for a medium size of 5½ to 6½, but the templates could be adapted to fit any foot.

Essentials

  • Fabric, denim
  • Thread, embroidery, six-stranded: pink; red; purple; yellow

    Stitch a pair of slippers

    1. Download the templates and print. Cut out the fabric pieces and snip all notches as indicated on the pattern. Split your embroidery threads in half to make them three-stranded.
