Which to sew first, the chicken or the egg? With this delightful project there’s no need to ponder – you can make an adorable version of both! Using a creative technique to form an egg from cord, plus a cheeky yellow chick from wool tips, this seasonal project is sure to be an instant hit. Once complete, little ones will love hunting around the garden then carefully unzipping the egg to discover a new friend inside.

  • Polystyrene egg, 8cm
